friday favorites.

happy friday my friends!
i hope everyone has had a great week and hip, hip hooray for the weekend!

here are some things a few things i'm loving this week...

look at this new collection now available at target. yes. target. these adorable pieces of wall decor are brought to you by the delightful bloggers, young house love.  i've been following them for.years. and i'm so very excited at how their blog has boomed and turned into so many exciting opportunities for them. can you imagine having a line of decor that you designed sold at target? holy cow.

you can find these pictures and more, here.

I think that octopus would be too dang cute in jackson's bathroom. i'm not 100% sure what we'd hang on it but i just love that teal octopus so much!

next up, wedges.
i am loving this post from shay of mix & match family about her love for wedges and all of the amazing outfits you can pull off ... all while wearing wedges. here are two of my favorites from this post:

this dress is now less than $50 at gap. i just love dresses with pockets. wouldn't this be cute for the summer wedding i'll be attending?! maybe not those exact shoes but i do know that i already have some wedges in my closet just waiting to be busted out this season. bring it on spring!!

on to the next favorite.

to say that this family is so real and so beautiful would be an understatement.  this family is the one of the reasons i feel so inspired to get out my camera and capture moments with jackson and my little family. they help to remind me that this captures moments will forever be a treasure.  and their kids are so freaking cute.

it reminds me that i still need to work on jackson's two year video. now that he's almost two-and-a-half. oops. i'll get right on that!! but seriously. i will. because it makes my heart so very happy!

and up next...
i am loving all of these. shay is a wonderful photographer with an even more wonderful attitude. she is happy with life and you can see it. i am an avid follower, especially of her blog and instgram.  its hard not to smile when you're browsing :)  lately she's been posting pictures of water color prints she's been making.
(both photos found via her instagram page)

they are just so cheerful and i would love to learn how to make some too. the colors are so pretty and can you imagine having this hung in your home? i know i can!

and one last thing... a little bit of running humor...because it is totally true...

happy weekend my friends!!
