rainbow pancakes

just popping in after a long weekend to say good morning!  why not kick this week of on a delicious note?!

came across these tasty pancakes and now i'm pretty much set on the idea of making some of our own at home.  i believe i've made these in the past and i'm 99% sure i would have taken photos. i just cannot seem to find them at this moment.  

what's even better than photos of these colorful pancakes? a how-to video on how to make them!  i've just found my newest youtube subscription ;)
